I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I recently experienced from Ford Motor Company.
I first visited Ford Gezina and received a very poor guest experience. The service fell far below what one would expect from a brand of this stature. Hoping for resolution, I escalated the matter to Head Office — unfortunately, the customer service there was even more disappointing.
While I did eventually receive assistance, there was no proper follow-up or meaningful resolution. Most concerning is that management clearly needs retraining on how to treat clients professionally and how to handle customer complaints effectively.
