Why .....
Please inform me why i need to give my home address in order to make a booking reservation. A better answer than what the wonderful receptionist gave me.... And then i was told that i will get the invoice with the banking details now, and i must make a payment in 72 hours, but I'm still waiting for the invoice.

Providing a residential address is a standard requirement for accommodation reservations in South Africa. It enables us to comply with Legal and Safety obligations, including maintaining accurate guest records. These records assist with regulatory compliance as well as security and emergency procedures. Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and is used only for legitimate operational purposes related to your reservation. We do not retain or share your personal details beyond what is required by law and our internal booking processes. Regarding the invoice, we apologise that you have not yet received it. The invoice, which includes payment instructions and bank details, has now been issued and should be with you shortly. If it has not arrived in your inbox within the next hour, please check your spam/junk folder. For any further communication that involves sharing or confirming personal details, we kindly ask that you email us at care (at) foreversa (dot) co (dot) za . This ensures your private information remains secure and off public comment threads.

But unfortunately I do not agree with you having my home address.I go away on a regular basis and this is the first time ever, anybody asked for my home address.
I still haven't received the invoice, and yes, I have checked my spam.The lady that helped me with my booking wasn't actually so helpful.
In anycase, let's see how all of this goes down.I have only heard good things about your resorts but we are getting off on a rocky start.
