Please explain to me one thing ... I'm sure there is a few customers that would like to have an answer aswel. Other than cutting cost. Why do you have pharmacist assistants ...? I do understand that we all need to learn, but at least have the same quantity Pharmacists on site as well. You CAN NOT have one pharmacist to sign all scripts off, 3 assistants, in a busy clicks that mainly only to get meds. There is NO customer service. Patients actually end up leaving cause they are feeling to sick to stand and wait for longer than an 1 hour just o get the meds. Surely customer care should come first before profit, or am i stupid one to think like that. Word of mouth is a very strong and honest way of keeping people away. But i have experienced this in more than one Clicks where the front shop is small as a tuck shop, so why do the patients go there. They actually go to collect meds.
