I took my Pallet Jack to them for a service. It was in full working condition when I sent it in on 23/05/2023.

They service the pallet jack, but unfortunately during the service, the pallet jack broke. They battled to repair the pallet jack and complete the service. Unfortunately they were unable to repair the pallet jack.

Jonathan came to my office and saw me personally. He responded to my complaint and promptly offered me a brand new Pallet Jack, on the house.
