How is Betway still able to legally operate in South Africa with so many people money disappearing via hacked accounts??? I logged in this morning 18/12/2024. Played a bit and then cashed out my funds. When I haven't received the funds by 22:00 this evening I suspected somethings up. I tried to log into my account but can't log in and I noticed that the cellphone number linked to my ID was completely changed. So I can't even change my password, cause the account is linked to a cellphone number that I don't have access to. This wide scale hacking is not due to users not protecting their data Betway. It's due to your security measures that completely sucks! If you read this and still consider using betway, I urge you to stay away. You will more than likely loose your money. Go read all the reviews of people getting hacked on betway. It's ridiculous!!
I am Absolutely disgusted by their incompetence to solve problems that they create! I've app**** for debt review in August 2023. After I made 2 payments, I got a phone call to say that they are in the legal phase and unfortunately my payment will increase by 12% due to one of my creditors that didn't accept the initial proposal. I kept on paying each and every installment diligently and promptly. In November, this is where my Creditors started hunting me, as Debtbusters failed to make the agreed apon payments to my creditors. As a result, my creditors started canceling my restructured debt payment plans, leaving me with even more debt and worse off. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM DEBTBUSTERS.

These guys go over and above to rectify their mistakes and assist their clients. Speak to Jonathan. This man made my day. I took my Pallet Jack to them for a service. It was in full working condition when I sent it in on 23/05/2023. They service the pallet jack, but unfortunately during the service, the pallet jack broke. They battled to repair the pallet jack and complete the service. Unfortunately they were unable to repair the pallet jack. Jonathan came to my office and saw me personally. He responded to my complaint and promptly offered me a brand new Pallet Jack, on the house. Jonathan, I want to sincerely say thank you. You've saved the day and my business a lot of heartache and money.
23/05/2023 - Booked my Pallet Jack in with Jonathan. Told me that the service would take +- 2 days. Couldn't give me a loan unit, so I was without a pallet jack for the good part of 23/05/2023 and the whole day of 24/05/2023. 25/05/2023 phoned Jonathan to get an update, as I haven't received a quote yet, after which I was told that it would be better to get a new one as the cost involved to service it would be close the price of a new one. Bear in mind that my pallet jack was in full working condition before I took it in for a service, although it was showing signs of wear and tear. I was also told, it takes a bit longer, so I would get it on Friday, 26/05/2023. I told him that I don't want a new one, and only require a service and that I really cannot go without it any longer, as my truck needs to get loaded. They then quoted me almost R4k just to replace the wheels, thrust bearing and seal kit. I then said to leave the wheels and only do the thrust bearing and seal kit. This amounts to R1980.00 EXCL VAT. He then promised to have it done by 17:00 on 25/05/2023. I received the pallet jack at 17:00 as promised, but the pallet jack was full of hydraulic oil and was not lifting AT ALL. I then phoned him immediately to inform him, after he said it must be the hydraulic oil, so he'll send someone at 07:30 on Friday Morning. 26/05/2023 - The technician arrived, filled the hydraulic cylinder, but the jack still failed to lift. He then told me that he'll take it to the workshop to inspect and repair it, and have it back by 10:00. 11:00 I phoned Jonathan as I have yet to hear from them. He then continued to tell me that there is something wrong with the valve inside the cylinder. I asked him how this could happen, as I sent it to them in full working condition. He couldn't answer me, and yet again made an empty promise of having it fixed by 11:30. 12:30 I phoned again. This time I was told that there is a piston that is seized inside and that they're trying to repair it. The pallet jack would be fixed by 13:00. 13:20 Jonathan phoned me to say that they're unable to fix it. So here I am, without a pallet jack. Please do me a favour. Stay away from these guys. I logged a return for a pair of shoes that was too small when they arrived on the 02/03/2022. It took them more than a week to respond to the logged returned. I was then contacted telephonically on Monday the 14th of March for the first time by the courier to collect the package. No one showed up. On Tuesday the 15th of March I was contacted again, and again no one showed up. Yesterday the 16th of March I was contacted by the courier company once more, once more no one showed up. This morning, 17 March, I was contacted again, guess what? YOU guessed it! NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! If this is the service anyone can expect from OneDayOnly, this was definitly the ONLY DAY that I will support them!
I am sad to rate DHL International, specifically the Ecommerce section at a 1* rating, as I always had nothing but excellent service from DHL. However, my experience quite drastically changed due to my recent experience. On 31 December 2018 I ordered a package online and shipped it through MyUS. the Package left MyUS Florida on January 08, 2019. It arrived on January 11 at the DHL distribution centre in Melrose Park, IL, US. It was then processed for shipment on the 17th of January and since then, I have been shunt back and forth, as no one knows where the package is at this stage. No one did anything from their side to help track my package. All I got EVERY SINGLE TIME I phoned or emailed was "Please contact your local post office". I get that our post office is next to useless when it comes to service, that is why I asked for my package to be shipped via DHL. Just a shame everyone forgot to mention that economy shipping through DHL, will eventually go through YOUR LOCAL PATHETIC POST OFFICE!! I will not recommend DHL to anyone as this is really the worst service I have experienced EVER. I hope DHL picks up their game, as they will slowly lose their customers to other courier companies.

<p>I have ordered a 4 mbps uncapped line from Telkom on the 26/10/2016. Now almost 2 weeks after that, I am still in the dark when it will be installed. I am giving Telkom a 3 out of 5 star rating, as I know 2 weeks is still not a long time, but the fact that I have no clue whether or not something is being done to assist me, makes this experience a bad one. I will be updating this post weekly, and downgrading/upgading their star status as time goes on. For now all I can say is that the service I have gotten so far wasn't very good, as I treat my clients with top priority, and expect the same from a company like them.</p>
