This is a hidden gem in Windermere centre. We go there often and have always been totally satisfied with the whole experience. Whether it's for coffee and a butter bun or a Sunday roast, it's of a high standard. The staff are amazing and always ready with a smile. Mark Jackson, the owner, is a very good host too! The menu caters for everyone and food is great. I'd highly recommend this awesome coffee shop

This is a hidden gem in Windermere centre. We go there often and have always been totally satisfied with the whole experience. FORTUNES COFFEE SHOP Recently had their Welsh Rarebit of wich they have no clue how to make was like a bland cheese sauce over a piece of warm bread. The saving grace was the bacon was at least decent but the reason for my complaint is the owners attitude. When a customer is not happy with the food they are paying for at R82 one should say could we kindly replace it for you. Hell no this owner gave me a full rundown that this is their signature dish and they have a special recipe for it. After a couple of minutes I was seething at his inhospitality and gave up to just say thank you that is all and ate some of the food. They sure need to treat their customers better.
