We purchased a high-value vehicle from Fouche Motors Vanderbijlpark, trusting their claims of thorough checks and quality assurance. However, within a week, the car signaled "Service A Due," proving it had not been properly serviced before sale. Three months later, the battery completely died, despite the dealership insisting it was fine and Only after forcefully taking the car to them was it confirmed dead and replaced. We also reported a damaged tyre from day one, yet to this day, it has not been fixed. Recently, multiple critical components failed, and Mercedes-Benz confirmed these could not have deteriorated so quickly. This proves the car was sold with pre-existing defects. The dealership initially promised to assist but has since ignored our requests, leaving us with a car stuck at Bosch and a massive repair bill. Prospective buyers BEWARE—this dealership does not honor their word and does not take responsibility for defective vehicles. We are deeply disappointed given the high cost of this vehicle. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice!

Bought a Golf 7GTI from Fouche Motors, and gave them my new Kia Rio Tag Automatic 2017, Golf was not standard, was lowered, I paid R 20.000 deposit on top of my Kia, mobiliser wasnt working, we bought batteries from VW and send him the receipts, he said I should have bought it at shoprite, and he didnt pay me back, a week after I got the Golf, one morning I couldn't start it, called my insurance and the jump started my Golf, I called Mahomed and he said I mustn't buy a battery, I wanted to go to work and I didn't want to call my insurance every morning, so I bought the battery and send the receipt to him, he said he can pay 50% and I told him that I am taking this to the bargaining council and he said he will pay, today I called Mahomed with my contract, the car is over priced, my R20.000 deposit is not on the invoice, the invoice says I paid 00 deposit, and they charged me delivery fee but I collected the car my self, Mahomed is a crook, the car is not even comfortable, either the price the car correctly and give us our deposit back, pay for our battery and remotes, we want a good service and transparency

Husband bought a car from Bongani, within months the car broke down. The car has been with them for 6 months, they have failed to fix it and refuse to reverse the sale. Riaz is now ignoring messages and calls. Mohammed pretends not to know about the matter. It is clear from these reviews Fouche Motors is not credible, unprofessional and not about customers at all. Do not buy from them.

Probably the worst car dealerships ever!! After viewing a car and applying for finance the car gets sold to another person!!! And this after being in contact with Bongani every time with regards to the car. My own car was literally sold this morning to put down as a deposit and a few minutes later I'm told the car has issues and they don't want to sell it to me. Only after asking what's going on I'm told the car is sold!!! Worst dealerships ever considering they're selling these fancy cars. Terrible service!!!

I went to Fouche motors to look at a 2018 Toyota vehicle on Tuesday the 24th July 2018, They allowed us to test drive the vehicle and after the test drive we sat down and started to negotiate for my BMW to be traded in and we came to a price of R350 000. After closing the discussions for the BMW we moved over to discuss the purchase of the Toyota vehicle from him. I looked at competitor pricing for the Toyota bakkie and negotiated with Mohammed (The dealer owner) and he agreed to give me a discount of R16 000 but i was still not sure if i wanted to sign and asked for more time to think over the deal and get back to him, He was very forceful with his sales technique and it was close to closing time for the dealer so the negotiations was rushed. He asked me what would it take for me to sign the contract and i negotiated further with him and he gave me another R10 000 off on the Toyota bakkie but also agreed and guaranteed to give me trade-ins on 2 other vehicles which was respectively R81 000 and R100 000.00 without viewing them and after reporting that they do need work. He agreed to these terms thereafter based on these discussions did i signed the finance contract. Because we where rushed i also needed to rush the signing but i trusted the dealer, He promised me the world to get me to sign the financing documents and this happened the with myself, my wife, himself and the Wesbank rep present so i did not think that it was needed to double check everything. The next day i received an invoice which amounted to more than the verbal agreement was concluded and i went to the dealer on the 26hts to discuss the matter with Mohammed, I presumed he accidentally forgot the discount as promised and mentioned that the extra amount could be transferred to my account. It was here where i was simply told that the discount was added to my trade in on the BMW (Which is impossible as the trade in was established before any negotiations was made) and that he would not honor the guaranteed amounts to the trade in vehicles but he would offer me a R5000 settlement which i denied, he then told me he would get back to me by the next day. Stepping back on all verbal negotiations made prior to signing the finance! That Friday the 27th i got a really bad feeling and i decided that due to the terms not being met i would like to rather cancel the deal and move my business to another dealer. When visiting the dealer i was once again told that Mohammed would lower the amounts for the trade in of the vehicles and that he would settle with an amount of R15 000 which was still not the deal as originally signed which i once again denied. I verbally notified him that i am cancelling the deal and left the 2018 Toyota vehicle with all keys at his premises. He would not return my vehicles and told me to get legal counseling as the deal is done and that my cars have been sold. I phoned MFC and they confirmed that my vehicles had not been settled. I was forced to Uber back to pretoria with my tail between my legs to rush to my sick child in hospital. For the past week i have e-mailed all parties to cancel the deal, Mohammed is simply ignoring all calls and i have found out that he is pushing ahead with the deal to sell my cars and have settled my vehicles. To my knowledge besides the e-mails notifying him that he is not to sell my vehicles he has continued to do so even without written consent! When my attorneys phoned he simply said that i have signed the contract and that he is servicing his part.
