We purchased a high-value vehicle from Fouche Motors Vanderbijlpark, trusting their claims of thorough checks and quality assurance. However, within a week, the car signaled "Service A Due," proving it had not been properly serviced before sale. Three months later, the battery completely died, despite the dealership insisting it was fine and Only after forcefully taking the car to them was it confirmed dead and replaced. We also reported a damaged tyre from day one, yet to this day, it has not been fixed. Recently, multiple critical components failed, and Mercedes-Benz confirmed these could not have deteriorated so quickly. This proves the car was sold with pre-existing defects. The dealership initially promised to assist but has since ignored our requests, leaving us with a car stuck at Bosch and a massive repair bill. Prospective buyers BEWARE—this dealership does not honor their word and does not take responsibility for defective vehicles. We are deeply disappointed given the high cost of this vehicle. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice!
Becareful of this prganization. They take very little accountability for their lack of professionalism when it comes to policies. they are ****mers and have consultants who violate the POPI ACT Law and want to blame their clients. I was assisted by a consultant who took details from me and never bothered verifying with the policy holder. They refuse to acknowledge their part in anything and want to put blame on the clients. Lousy sustomer service for Melissa Mkhwa**** and the managers who couldnt be bothered about anything.
The lady by the name of DORIS APHANE, ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND VILE. SHE WAS TALKING OVER ME. WOULDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY. EVEN WENT TO THE LENGTHS OF HANGING UP ON ME AND REFUSING ME HER MANAGER

Horrible service at ABSA QUAGGA CENTER. The waiting time in the queue is ridiculous. And the consultants are so u bothered. They thank their time and a possible 2 hour waiting time is very likely. Considering I'm collecting a card is shocking.
Good Day I am so disappointed in the service that I have received from you. I would like to put this on writing and have you know that I am not accepting for Hair City to proceed with my order unless it is delivered to me by 10AM in the morning. Anything later than that kindly refund my money. It should stipulate on your website that Soweto is a high risk area. I was told that the driver doesn't think he will come anymore after a countless number of promises that he will make it TODAY (17th December 2020). Not to mention that I placed this order on Tuesday. Today it is THURSDAY ( Yet the website vouches for same day delivery). The driver then supposedly says he can come tomorrow ( 18th December 2020 FRIDAY). HOW DOES FRIDAY MAKE SOWETO A LESS RISKIER ZONE THEN? WHY ARE THESE DISCREPANCIES NOT CLEARLY POINTED OUT WHEN I AM PAYING AND PLACING MY ORDER???? I get an email on top of that with the WRONG TRACKING COMPANY AND NUMBER. There is a link on the mail and I follow it and enter an 11 digit non existent tracking number when it should be 12 digits.... and wait for it ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE LINK OF THE COMPANY: FAST WAY IS NOT EVEN THE COURIER COMPANY THEY USED. THEY ACTUALLY USED THE COURIER GUY. what a joke. The agents cant even track these people, for the hefty amount of money I'm paying you can't even tell me where my order is??? Poor service. Not happy and just completely annoyed to say THE LEAST
I am totally disappointed with the service I have received from NEDBANK. I have been running around for 7 days asking to be refunded the R100 airtime I bought which was deducted from bank account but never credited into my cellphone number. I reported the matter immediately on Monday , and only to find out on Saturday that the matter was only lodged on Friday out of the many customer support agents I spoke to since Monday who have been saying the same nonsense line... " the matter has been escalated, we will escalate it further for yiu". No one gives solid answers, it's as if they are reading an automated script. They have NO IDEA what's so ever what is happening which defeats the purpose of them even being there. I am totally not happy with NEDBANK and it makes no sense to even trust the fact that I can make online transactions with them only to wait for days to have money that belongs to ME returned back to ME.
