I have purchased a wikideal worth of R1950 for my birthday and the I read carefully what the fine print says which states that booking has to be made 24hrs prior to the date. I have made a booking on the 11th and I have not had any confirmation and the manager is not responding via email or sending me any confirmation.

The service is horrible, I have been calling and no one is helping or even responding to the email and their rules they are now coming up with are not detailed on the fine print of the wikideal.

The staff and manage of fountains hotel is shocking and pretty much disgusting.
