I had an amazing experience at Fourbuy! My sales person, Khanye, was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The dealership as a whole is truly trustworthy and offers excellent service. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Fourbuy to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly car-buying experience!

I had an absolute perfect car purchase with Fourbuy Strydom Park. Ishmael was the sales guy communicating with me in a kind and professional manner and made the whole process plain and simple. I can happily recommend this dealership.

Fourbuy Strijdom Park is completely unprofessional and deliver poor service on a whole. Let me break down my experience with the dealership. On 15 November 2025 I went to view a BMW 135i that was being advertised by the said dealership. On arrival I was told by the salesman that the vehicle was sent for a repair on the bumper. I viewed and test drove two different cars on the day. On Friday 21 November I decided to purchase the A5 that I test drove the week before. Sent through all required document after 1PM and completed the application with salesman by 3PM on the same day. I was told that there is another buyer, so I should pay a R5K holding deposit, which was done and POP sent. was told deal will be concluded via finance on the Saturday 22 November. This was only resolved late Tuesday 25 November and was told that I can collect the car and a driver was on his way. The R5K deposit paid, was not included on my Invoice which I had to query, and was told the finance team was unaware of it and this was rectified. I get to the dealerships Fourways branch only for them to realize that the vehicle details was incorrectly captured on the invoice. This led to me not getting the car as the bank was given incorrect details by the dealership. This was rectified late Wednesday 26 November 2025 and the car was dropped at my office by the salesman around 4PM. There was a big dent on the left back door that was omitted from their document that I had to point out. Salesman added it on, I signed and he left. Car drove fine no issues to and from work but the drive window was noisy opening and closing. Saturday 29 November 2025, I need to clean the wind screen, only to find that the windscreen washer wasn't working. Topped up water in the bottle still nothing. While inspecting the window washer, i notice the bonnet is out of alignment as well with a bigger gap on the left side of the car. Monday morning 1 December 2025, I message the salesman on Watsapp pointing out the issues I have with the car. No tangible response. On 4 December I was told my disc and plates are at the dealership. I respond asking how the issues will be handled that I have raised. We agree that I can bring it in on Monday * December for issues to be resolved, but I did not receive any formal communication acknowledging same. I sent a mail to dealership listing the issues mentioned earlier. To which I receive a response from a gentlemen by the name of Matthew , with no clarity on who he is within the company, telling me that the bonnet is cosmetic issues and I was supposed to check this on delivery of the vehicle (Remember I mention there was a big dent that was not listed on their document). Clearly Matthew wasn't aware of all the issues on the purchase and delivery of the car, when he responded. Anyway car goes in on Monday morning around 10am and was with the dealership until Wednesday 10 December and I am told to collect the car as its done around 3:30PM. The only thing fixed was the window washer, which is still not working correctly. Noise on drivers window still there to date, no fixing of the bonnet. Already all of this to me was poor by Fourbuy and the experience is something I wouldn't want other to go through. This Monday the 15 December I hit a pothole, tyre damaged. Not Fourbuys fault at all. Here's the interesting part. As I am trying to change he wheel, I find out that the lock nut that was given to me, is not the correct one and I am left making plans to get my car home due to what Matthew regards as minor issues. Front number plate is also falling off. I reached out today 18 December requesting they send through the correct lock nut and someone to sort out the front plate. I was told by Matthew, that I need to bring the car to Fourbuy as there is no driver available, and special tools are required. I just need to correct lock nut thats all, no special tools. Anyway, in conclusion. I strongly suggest that you purchase cars from a more reputable dealership. I have given a detailed summary of the multiple issues I have faced from beginning to end , with very poor and disrespectful responses. Today I will wait and see what the outcome will be for the lock nut. However, I am completely dissatisfied by the conduct of this dealership.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of an Audi A8 from your dealership, Fourby, and your failure to honor the signed agreement regarding the vehicle’s faults. When the sale was concluded, it was clearly acknowledged by both parties—and documented in the Ombudsman certificate signed by you and myself—that the vehicle had two major faults to be repaired at your cost. These included: 1. Adaptive Cruise Control (radar sensors) 2. Audi Guard Braking System 3. Park Distance Control sensors Despite my cooperation and repeated attempts to allow your dealership the opportunity to rectify these issues, the following occurred: - I left the car with your dealership for a week, only to find upon collection that no repairs had been carried out. - After confrontation, your dealership requested a second attempt, and I agreed in good faith. At your instruction, I delivered the car to the Audi dealership at 7:00 AM, where an official Audi diagnostic confirmed that the main radar sensor was faulty and required replacement. - Instead of resolving the matter properly, your dealership attempted to source parts and once again requested I leave the car in your custody for 12 days. - Prior to collection, your owner confirmed in writing via WhatsApp that the car was “perfect.” However, upon testing the vehicle immediately after pickup, I confirmed that the Adaptive Cruise Control was still not functional. - Further investigation revealed that instead of repairing the faults, your dealership had tampered with the MMI system software by removing the Adaptive Cruise Control and Guard Braking options entirely, creating additional faults, including irregularities in the brake self-switching system and malfunctioning PDC sensors. This conduct represents: - A breach of our signed agreement under the Ombudsman certificate. - A deliberate attempt to mislead me by software manipulation, which may also constitute a violation of Audi’s global software protection policies. - A complete disregard for customer rights and good business practice. I hereby demand the following within 7 working days of receipt of this letter: 1. Full and proper repair of the Adaptive Cruise Control, Guard Braking, and PDC systems at an authorized Audi dealership, at your cost. 2. Written confirmation from Audi South Africa that all software and safety features have been restored according to manufacturer standards. 3. Alternatively, a full refund of the purchase price should you fail to remedy these issues. Failure to comply will leave me with no option but to: - Pursue the matter through the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa, - Escalate to Audi South Africa and Audi AG Germany, - And, if necessary, take legal action for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and damages. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond in writing within the stipulated time fream

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fourbuy Fourways and dealt with Marius. From the onset, he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He always kept me in the loop as to progress made regarding the vehicle as well as my trade-in. He kept to his word at all times and even came to my house after hours to fit my number plates. All I can say is "THANK YOU MARIUS". I will continue to deal with him whenever I am in the market for vehicles in the future, as well as refer him and the dealership to friends and family.

I enquired about a car that was listed as a 2016 model. I got pre-approval and went through to view the car. It was in good condition and when I wanted to proceed with the offer to purchase. They informed me that its actually a 2014 model. This is false adverti*****t!
