They not ownest what ever you buy from there is mistake and they take your money and only promise. Since 2023 they say they will pay my money which they take with **** invoices. I have all the chat even they sent for me coruier waybill. The stuff on his way .and we find the waybill going china .the owner son in the branch of main reef road in Johannesburg full of lies and tricks .I did mange 2 other factory owner also have same problem with them .all sms we kept and soon iam gona publish it in news paper under my own cost to warning the people .they cant take me to court because of thier guilt .but I will take them .also going to file complaint in all government sectors to investigate the matter .all prove available for hello peter if they request it
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of an Audi A8 from your dealership, Fourby, and your failure to honor the signed agreement regarding the vehicle’s faults. When the sale was concluded, it was clearly acknowledged by both parties—and documented in the Ombudsman certificate signed by you and myself—that the vehicle had two major faults to be repaired at your cost. These included: 1. Adaptive Cruise Control (radar sensors) 2. Audi Guard Braking System 3. Park Distance Control sensors Despite my cooperation and repeated attempts to allow your dealership the opportunity to rectify these issues, the following occurred: - I left the car with your dealership for a week, only to find upon collection that no repairs had been carried out. - After confrontation, your dealership requested a second attempt, and I agreed in good faith. At your instruction, I delivered the car to the Audi dealership at 7:00 AM, where an official Audi diagnostic confirmed that the main radar sensor was faulty and required replacement. - Instead of resolving the matter properly, your dealership attempted to source parts and once again requested I leave the car in your custody for 12 days. - Prior to collection, your owner confirmed in writing via WhatsApp that the car was “perfect.” However, upon testing the vehicle immediately after pickup, I confirmed that the Adaptive Cruise Control was still not functional. - Further investigation revealed that instead of repairing the faults, your dealership had tampered with the MMI system software by removing the Adaptive Cruise Control and Guard Braking options entirely, creating additional faults, including irregularities in the brake self-switching system and malfunctioning PDC sensors.This conduct represents: - A breach of our signed agreement under the Ombudsman certificate. - A deliberate attempt to mislead me by software manipulation, which may also constitute a violation of Audi’s global software protection policies. - A complete disregard for customer rights and good business practice. I hereby demand the following within 7 working days of receipt of this letter: 1. Full and proper repair of the Adaptive Cruise Control, Guard Braking, and PDC systems at an authorized Audi dealership, at your cost. 2. Written confirmation from Audi South Africa that all software and safety features have been restored according to manufacturer standards. 3. Alternatively, a full refund of the purchase price should you fail to remedy these issues. Failure to comply will leave me with no option but to: - Pursue the matter through the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa, - Escalate to Audi South Africa and Audi AG Germany, - And, if necessary, take legal action for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and damages. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond in writing within the stipulated time fream
I did have issues for poor service by hollard insurance company. And they admitted thier wrong in writing and I did take them to ombudsman .and i was in the office in Johannesburg to open the case .and they told me 30 days and I will get the answer.then I wait now over 3 months and nothing happen at all except senting emails to me to try to support hollard side .I believe they working together because of that they want me to loose my right .I did sent too many email which I received from hollard they apologize about thier poor service for many years .and the email state i didn't receive good service even they try to offer me diffrent offer to drop the matter.but I refuse. All what I ask them pay my money back which I pay for 3 life policy and disability policy .even i get injured in my spin 2 years ago and I didn't find even office for hollard to claim .I don't know does ombudsman support them for thier mistakes. Or .............
First of all I contact them to buy cars i ask them they do credit application or I do it .they say they will do it .now they take 40 days everyday asking new paper and nothing happen not even feed back .I contact the bank and they told me we buy cars always do that .I did sent email to there manger and no feed back .I call today and he say he will come back to me nothing happened. I ask for car quotation and he said he will sent today nothing happen .I can see this company in children hand when I look to their pictures I see all of them young kids .I was good client to this company I did buy alot of cars to them .but service was good before not any more .I advice everyone to dont wait for them .I'm going to buy somewhere else .and still gona report this kids to their ceo soon .branch dome
Hi I did write review about hollard last week and they call me .and they ask me to solve the problem. I did say my problem I Don't trust hollard at all anymore .and I ask to solve the matter they must refund all my premium money back which I pay for 3 life policy by them and it's big premium amount .and the person who call his name Edward tlharesebe and I did ask him please you must inform the top management about my request and he did lie to me and say he the one handling the matter by ceo office .and he ll solve the story .now I find him sent email for me .he admit the poor service I got by them .and then he said all my money they can't refund it because it's risk polices. And I have to carry on paying or I well lose my money .I requested from him trust account to pay in it until court say his word .and I did say to him iam not refused to pay but I want trust account to pay immediately in it .I don't know anymore should I publish the matter in media or what I must do until court say his word.i don't think anyone going to pay this amount for company with very poor service like this .please advice .all phone call recorded by both party .also when I ask for Manger they sat first they all Manger not available and when I said I need Manger to speak with immediately they refer this person for me like he is Manger. Can I ask here .does hollard don't have top management team to solve the problem or every one in this company doing what he want .all the emails and the phone calls ready by me .if anyone request it .and I invite anyone have problem with hollard insurance to contact me to join me in court case in my expenses.
Hi I have 3 life policy by hollard and they runing over 4 years now and they take big money every month and I tried to call the company several times and sent emails to make change in my policy but no one care .the policy was done by standerd bank and now standerd bank don't have some one to deel with hollard anymore .I believe they take my money and no service. I need my money back I start don't trust hollard at all.if I cant make changes in my policy's. How my kids ll get the money when I die .I can see is no any inspection from government for the insurance companies to see what they do with people money .if I don't get answer I shall take them to court and we busy to see which part of government handel insurance companies .to involve them also in the court case Notes .I did stop paying them this month to see if someone shall call me .I just get funny email saying I must pay .I reply back they must call me for changing details in my policy but nothing happen Alot of chancer getting paid for doing nothing
Hi I came to the office in kathu several times and I did hand trough all documents they need and I find headoffice sent email to me and I been again to the branch and I find out they sent the documents to wrong places and nothing happen again today other consultant and same mistakes and paperwork goes wrong department and then I have to fly out of the country in 2 days time and I didn't receive nothing from my money I really don't advice anyone to use old mutual at all

I would like to tell food ***** customer care they more than welcome to see and inspect all paper work by hellopeter I did sent alot of pictures and alot of invoices to prove its true . I don't understand the management for food ***** market .today market is very tight and every company trying thier best to get more customers by doing everything to make customers happy.by food ***** market no one care .so many unprofessional people and they getting the company name down to the ground.wheres the company responsibility to clients. We try to support the company but every day I can read issues. I said before prices in the shelf not same in the till and I find alot of complaints in your reviews saying always uncorrect prices .I don't know is this the way you guys making money by charging us more than the price in the shelf.i understand if is one mistake but is not every till slip I have it show different price from the shelf and I must call someone to correct. Even they don't say sorry.kathu branch only few months open and everyone complain about that.we all know each other in small town like kathu.and we all can see it and feel it All the big stores in kathu doesn't do that. You guys must watch that quickly. If you see the shop this days alot of people refuse to go there You guys can chick from the sales . Why until now no one from top management didn't reply to us to make us understand what's going on. I don't know maybe the strategy for the company give instruction to do that. I been to kathu food ***** market .and I bought alot of stuff over 15000 rand and when I come to pay I find out all the prices not same like they display and they call the Manger to fix the prices and he came and give us and treat us in very bad attitude and then I report him with copy of the till slips to head office and they contact me and send to me voucher with 100 rand to say sorry .then I go to buy since they open until now still every time I come by the till and chick the prices and everything mistake. 2 month ago I go to buy cheese from there and it was having 50%off and when I come by the till they say no 50% off I said I pay what I see and I waited 30 min until they corrected the price and I pay and leave .then the week after this Manger his name is Logan he see me and my kids in the shop and he come and attack us in the store creating story we change the stickers for the cheese to make it 50%and came with video showing us we walking in the shop nothing more.i take my kids to home and go back to him to blame him about his stories he attack me badly he and his security people .and then I stop buying from them until I get today there to buy stuff .by the till I find same story again all prices not same when we pay .I request supervisor and she came and call him and I was right and I told him you can't do that every time we buy we catch you I find him getting very cross and disrespect me in the shop after I show him You taking us for ride and I start video for him he pull out my phone out of my hand then I get cross and I shout him.he say they must refund me my total money and take the stuff trough it out of my hand and tell the cashair she must give me my money and I don't have to buy here again . Tomorrow I shall take him to court .he sat to me he the owner for the shop and he can do whatever he want .I told him I ll contact your headoffice tomorrow and then he say they don't have say here is his shop he own it and he can do whatever he want .I have all the prove documents with me with pictures and iam planning to view it in my shop display big screen in town to warning people from him .waiting to headoffice to contact me and I have taking pictures with the food with 🪰 in it also .
