No response to alarms

Fox Security of Alberton : Had 4 incidents where my house alarm went off over a period. On all 4 incidents Fox Security guards did not enter the property giving excuses of no keys , vicious dogs etc. On the 3rd incident (3rd Feb), I complained to the company ownership, However they sent the Reaction manager , Frikkie Whitehorn. I explained the problems, hoping the company can turn their poor service around. Today (17 Feb) a panic alarm went off. Adam Marks from the Fox' control room did not bother calling, The guard Theo Bisschoff did not enter the property and there was no further response to the alarm. This marks the fourth incident without proper reaction. Fox Security is hiring useless guards which in turn making this company to be an absolute joke.
