Fox Security Saves the Day!
A big shout-out to Emmanuel and Pierre in the Glenanda /Mulbarton area. I was driving down True North Rd and my tyre burst. I was never going to make it to the garage but then I saw a Fox Tactical Unit vehicle. I pulled up next to it and asked for help. Within about 4 minutes my tyre was changed and I was on the road again! Thank you God for placing these 2 angels on my path. Fox, I'm already a big fan and loyal customer... Thank you for everything you do in the community! 🚗🚗🚗

Fox Security Saves the Day!
A big shout-out to Emmanuel and Pierre in the Glenanda /Mulbarton area. I was driving down True North Rd and my tyre burst. Well done Fox Security Alberton
I like to that Fox Security for years and years of excellent service. When I phone them they answer immediately and they always investigate my issue and give me feedback. Well done Fox.

A safer community
One day my 11 month old daughter pressed the gate remote and the gate was opened without the people in the house being aware. Fox security was patrolling the area, they came in to check on my family to see if everything was ok. And we are not even subscribed to Fox. We stay in Alberton Brackenhurd. Thank you Fox!

Fox Security is just brilliant!!
My Vehicle was stolen this past weekend in Verwoedpark on Braun road, Fox security was on the scene in no time, gave us a bunch of feedback and info, kept us informed till the vehicle was recovered! Just amazing to get brilliant service. Thank you Fox team!!! its a pity I did not get the gentlemen's names.

Fox Security is just brilliant!!
My Vehicle was stolen this past weekend in Verwoedpark on Braun road, Fox security was on the scene in no time, gave us a bunch of feedback and info, kept us informed till the vehicle was recovered! FRANCOIS JANSEN thinks he is above the law
Disgusting attitude from Fox Security and Francois Jansen. Called to ask them to tell the guards in the park running their dogs around to please move as it is lockdown and it was upsetting our dogs who can't be out. Not that the guards were performing any services--they were parking off visiting with friends (who are not security guards). This is a contravention of the law under lockdown. The lady I spoke to obviously thought it was OK it give my cell number to one of these clowns, a Mr Francois Jansen, who proceeded to call me and tell me off, saying he can do what he likes and he doesn't care what the rules are, he has a right to be out and if I want to be out "maybe you should be a security". Pathetic response from a company meant to serve and protect.

No response to alarms
Fox Security of Alberton : Had 4 incidents where my house alarm went off over a period. On all 4 incidents Fox Security guards did not enter the property giving excuses of no keys , vicious dogs etc. On the 3rd incident (3rd Feb), I complained to the company ownership, However they sent the Reaction manager , Frikkie Whitehorn. I explained the problems, hoping the company can turn their poor service around. Today (17 Feb) a panic alarm went off. Adam Marks from the Fox' control room did not bother calling, The guard Theo Bisschoff did not enter the property and there was no further response to the alarm. This marks the fourth incident without proper reaction. Fox Security is hiring useless guards which in turn making this company to be an absolute joke.
