FRANCOIS JANSEN thinks he is above the law
Disgusting attitude from Fox Security and Francois Jansen. Called to ask them to tell the guards in the park running their dogs around to please move as it is lockdown and it was upsetting our dogs who can't be out. Not that the guards were performing any services--they were parking off visiting with friends (who are not security guards). This is a contravention of the law under lockdown. The lady I spoke to obviously thought it was OK it give my cell number to one of these clowns, a Mr Francois Jansen, who proceeded to call me and tell me off, saying he can do what he likes and he doesn't care what the rules are, he has a right to be out and if I want to be out "maybe you should be a security". Pathetic response from a company meant to serve and protect.

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased trousers today on the "buy one, get free leggings" special, via the website. Let me add that I ordered just after midnight to make sure I got the ones I wanted as Freddy is incredibly popular. When I ordered I wasn't sure how to add the leggings I wanted. Added a note to my order asking them to contact me to make sure it was sorted. Carmina emailed me first thing this morning and got everything sorted. Very impressed with turn around time on queries as well as how friendly Carmina was. She even made sure to confirm she had the correct items for me. Always a pleasure dealing with companies that treat you as a valued client and not just a number and a wallet. Thanks Freddy jeans and thank you Carmina
