Worst Fibre provider ever.
If I could of given 0 stars I would of! For anyone looking for home WiFi - stay away from Webafrica! It has been over a week and no response or info. Just terrible!

Possibly the worst company ever!
MYiweb or Ping internet or whatever you call yourselves, the worst possible company i have ever interacted with!!! First endless billing issues, now my WiFi has been cancelled because you cancelled with netstream. Beyond pathetic!! to anyone out there - do not ever deal with MYiweb or Ping!

Fox Security is just brilliant!!
My Vehicle was stolen this past weekend in Verwoedpark on Braun road, Fox security was on the scene in no time, gave us a bunch of feedback and info, kept us informed till the vehicle was recovered! Just amazing to get brilliant service. Thank you Fox team!!! its a pity I did not get the gentlemen's names.

Horrific service
3 consecutive months of blocking my account when I am in a 1 month credit, the accounts department is never available for comment. Just don't go with MYiweb!

Cash deposit
I have just deposited R40k at FNB Woodmead - when i got back to the office and checked my account I was charged R1065 service fee for the deposit. This is absolutely insane. If I was told that it was going to cost me R1065 to deposit the funds into my account, I would of rather kept the money under my mattress. FNB this is criminal - surely I should of been informed instead of just getting my money stolen!!!

Stolen item
I flew from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg (ORT) on Mango flight number JE548 last night 17.06.2019. Between booking my luggage (not hand luggage) in at PE and collecting at ORT, a R2500 jacket was removed from my bag. You should be able to narrow down the staff that dealt with luggage for that flight and ask some questions. This is pathetic - I would expect that some form of enquiry is opened and the staff informed that this is on your radar. if nothing is done this will continue to breed a culture of thievery, there needs to be consequence. I assume and organization of this magnitude would have CCTV footage to review? I would appreciate some form of enquiry into this matter. I look forward to your response.
