MYiweb or Ping internet or whatever you call yourselves, the worst possible company i have ever interacted with!!! First endless billing issues, now my WiFi has been cancelled because you cancelled with netstream. Beyond pathetic!! to anyone out there - do not ever deal with MYiweb or Ping!

I absolutely loved the speedy service I received from the customer care! The lady I dealt with on the chat service platform helped me in under 10 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and so fast, I couldn’t be more pleased.

I made a payment for relocation installation and monthly subscription, the tech guy came to check the signal, unfortunately there signal was very poor so they could install. On the 9th of November I have been sending them emails in order to be refunded, they only replied on the 17th asking for banking details in order to made refunds, I replied with banking details the same day. I have not heard from them ever since and I have been sending them emails, they don't even bother replying to my emails. Bad company, bad service and very good with silent treatment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Highly disappointed

Terrible wifi!! Always down for 2-3hrs, and the response is always the same when you call technical support “the server is down”, “the fiber is being fixed”, “turnaround time 2/3hrs” do yourself a favour and don’t get your internet from them!!

The customer service was rocky at first but Thabo who promised to call me back,did infact call and send a technician to come inspect the wifi connection in my flat.So yea

After MYiweb changed their account debit order process to an external company they captured my details incorrectly and debited an extra R5000 off my account. They refunded me but did the same thing the following month. They then corrected the amount but ran the debit order twice. I have tried to get a refund from them but their incompetent accounts department stopped replying to my emails and have not yet credited me. I am looking at my options at laying a fraud charge. Do not use this ISP
