I made a payment for relocation installation and monthly subscription, the tech guy came to check the signal, unfortunately there signal was very poor so they could install. On the 9th of November I have been sending them emails in order to be refunded, they only replied on the 17th asking for banking details in order to made refunds, I replied with banking details the same day. I have not heard from them ever since and I have been sending them emails, they don't even bother replying to my emails. Bad company, bad service and very good with silent treatment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Highly disappointed
