I'm disappointed to the services provided. I requested that the debit order be cancelled at the beginning of August via email to my surprise today, R250 was debited from my acc. How can you debit when there was a cancelation and on top of that there was no service rendered. Nupay is a ****mer
I have arranged for a debit order payment with account and it has been running smoothly for the past 5 to 6 months. This month my debit order didn't run, I tried to contact them via whatsapp and I was told I have failed my verification process. Only wanted to know why my bank account was not debited as per arrangement, I feel like they are just stringing me along to give me a bad credit record and add interest to my account. As soon as I'm done paying this account, I'll gladly close it. Totally disappointed
Poor customer service from their agent, poor service delivery, no communication, I had to try and communicate with them with no reply... no wonder their rating is BAD. USELESS!!!!!!
If there was a possibility of giving no star at all I would. I have "NEVER" seen or heard of such a useless ISP. There's absolutely nothing right that is provided by it, from installation, they took a whole month to install after I gave them sh_ _. No communication and when you communicate with them, you will be lucky if they ever respond. Now I've had it with them, contacted them as early as 8 in the morning to cancel my line as I no longer need their services, they responded to my whatsapp message after 14:00 they then told me they will transfer me to the relevant department, it's 17:40 and I have heard anything from them. I even sent them an email, they didn't bother to reply. Spoke to the agent that helped me with registration and he told me he no longer works for SADV, reason being they were never paid for 2 months. This provider not only abuse us as customers but they abuse their employees too. Looking at their rating... they deserve less than 1 star

I made a payment for relocation installation and monthly subscription, the tech guy came to check the signal, unfortunately there signal was very poor so they could install. On the 9th of November I have been sending them emails in order to be refunded, they only replied on the 17th asking for banking details in order to made refunds, I replied with banking details the same day. I have not heard from them ever since and I have been sending them emails, they don't even bother replying to my emails. Bad company, bad service and very good with silent treatment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Highly disappointed
Excellent customer service received from Chanelle, she explained the reason for the delay in my package. She always keeps me up to date with the progress of my package and gives a clear understanding where I needed clarity... Thank you for your service, keep up the good work
