I absolutely loved the speedy service I received from the customer care! The lady I dealt with on the chat service platform helped me in under 10 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and so fast, I couldn’t be more pleased.
My driver delivered my food late. To top it off the food was not only cold but wet! I had to dispose of a pack of chips and remove the top bun from my sons burger. After reporting this to customer service I was asked to accept a sincere apology after spending money on this dinner. I proceed to find out how an apology is meant to fix this because I’m highly disappointed I get asked for pictures! The driver himself saw the food was wet and he didn’t apologize or anything.
