TERRIBLE WIFI,
Terrible wifi!! Always down for 2-3hrs, and the response is always the same when you call technical support “the server is down”, “the fiber is being fixed”, “turnaround time 2/3hrs” do yourself a favour and don’t get your internet from them!!

Rude call center agent
Had power outage this morning in my area, no load shedding was advised so I called the ethekwini municipality electricity call center only to deal with a rude call center agent (Sindile) who was rushing me, had a very condescending tone and was very unprofessional , please train your staff on how to professionally address your clients!!
