I took my Volvo in for a service. The booking was done very quick and efficiently. The repairs and service to the vehicle was completed to my satisfaction, but I would have liked to have been kept informed of the progress especially since they planned on keeping the vehicle for an additional day. I only received a call at 16:00 to let me know that the vehicle was not ready. Otherwise, I was happy with everything else. I guess I was used to the previous service manager who was very good with keeping me updated. I didn’t get to meet or see the new service manager on this occasion.

Byron in parts is also another shining star
Victor in Jeep Service Department was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. I will forever be grateful to him for being my hero of the day.

function at Chaplin's grill was awesome.
Food and drinks were on another level, staff was amazing, one of the waiters Douglas I take my hat off you, his service was excellent. It was really a great experience.
