On the 4th of February 2025 I bought 300g cheesy potato bites with a mozzarella center. When I ate one of the bites I found a long black hair in the bite. My family were disguised. I REPORT this to Woolworths Customers line but up until now no response from them. It is very clear that they don't use the correct hygiene standards when they prepare the food. I took a photo to proof that I do not lie.
After hundreds of emails to sort out my account with Dstv I realized this morning whilst looking on the Dashboard that they using the incorrect Smartcard number. After all this my view is back to normal.
I like to that Fox Security for years and years of excellent service. When I phone them they answer immediately and they always investigate my issue and give me feedback. Well done Fox.
I don't know how many times I have spoken to Dstv Help Centre Every single month they block my account. I pay every single month on the 29th my account. I don't know what to do any more. It is also no use writing this review they just ignore you.

I am sending a copy of this email and your previous response to the Ombudsman. Again when you look on my Dashboard my package changes to Family after numerous emails to you regarding this. If I try to change it you want me to pay x amount. I am not paying a cent anymore on this problem. Change it. I only want the Access package at R139 I am a pensioner and can not afford your extremely high price every month. Why do you still charge me a family package fee??????????? I have downgraded to Access and cancelled the PVR function. But you still want me to pay nearly R400 for your services. Change my account to R139 only as per previous email. I am trying to get my account fix for the last 4 months. I downgrade but every month they put me back on the previous package. THEN THEY BLOCK MY VIEW. THE ACCOUNT IS DUE FOR ie THE 4th That means till 12 midnight the 4th not 6am on the 4th.-Legally I am so fed up to struggle with Dstv.
PLEASE people in South Africa do not buy any points from this company, We bought points in the year 2003. At first it was good and value for money but then we start paying more and more and we cant get bookings its always full. Please do not try to contact them you get this automated message back and that is that. I have 20 life points that I want to give away now. I had enough. They dont care
