Trying to subscribe to one of Vox telecoms fibre offerings<br> problems with documentation they required ( basically after 6 weeks i find that they claim not receiving documents faxed to them on more than one occasion) The documents are resent again and after phoning them again as to what they axactly require i am told that they would let me know ASAP. The next day i send a unhappy customer survey feedback form via email. Someone in PR phones me and i explain to her my reasons for being unhappy.<br> She ensures me that a more senior person/manager will phone me to sort this out( after i let her know in no uncertain terms that i am extremely unhappy regarding level of service)<br> Its been 5 days now and ive heard nothing<br> clearly FOX TELECOM are not interested in my spending R1278 a month on them
