On Saturday 27 March 2021 i bought an matured Angus fillet from Checkers Willowbridge On arrival and on opening the vacuum packaging the meat was rancid. On returning the meat for a refund the manager in full view of other customers proceeded to discipline/chastise the Butchery manager. She also told me she has had numerous problems with the butchery. Very unprofessional behaviour . Not a pleasant experience . This meat wasnt just off it was 'vrot' Very bad customer care!

I bought a Bose wave soundtouch clock radio with cd player 20 months ago being an avid supporter of Bose /R16000 From the start i struggled to connect the unit to wifi and bluetooth a few months later i was completely unable to use the wireless functions( wifi/ bluetooth) I took it to Bose who sent it away and informed me that a power surge had damaged the wifi/ bluetooth board and that it would cost R5900 ( the unit being outside of its 1 yr warranty) Well i have an inverter suppying power to my home ( pure sine wve power supply with zero possibilty of a power surge) Secondly the wireless board gets it power supply from the main unit clock radio so if it was a power surge surely that board shouldve been damaged 1st? This is extremely poor quality from a premium brand such as BOSE I will be moving to another brand as this is extremely poor service and quality
I have been waiting longer than 6 weeks now to get telkom openserve to migrate my fiber internet line from one ISP to another call center for openserve say it must be done through ISPs but both ISPs say this is typical of Openserve.... I have no technical assistance from openserve or person i can contact at this pathetic organization no accountability ... VUMA and frogserve usually not a problem according to ISPs ive spoken to And Telkom want me to use them as my ISP!!!! MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM OPENSERVE /OR AT LEAST TELKOM AS YOUR ISP IF YOU ARE FORCED TO USE OPENSERVE
Went to Bukhara restaurant before concert at Grand West<br> waited more than 20 minutes for anyone to serve us ( restaurant wasnt even busy or full)<br> Once we were finally served( after asking for a waiter for second time) it took another 15 minutes for drink order to arrive<br> Waiter then hurriedly told us to order main course as according to him the kitchen was busy<br> 10 minutes later our food arrives( after we had almost just 10 minutes before only got our drinks)<br> food tasty but small volumes.1 starter and 2 main courses with 3 beers and bill almost R600<br> on trying to settle bill waiter says machine doesnt work because of wi-fi ( after 1 attempt) Asks if we could give cash or go draw money... really? This after very expensive meal ( which I don't mind but expect decent volumes and at very least awesome service)<br> Utterly forgetable experience !!!<br> Cannot recommend to anyone- rather go to Spur!!!!
Trying to subscribe to one of Vox telecoms fibre offerings<br> problems with documentation they required ( basically after 6 weeks i find that they claim not receiving documents faxed to them on more than one occasion) The documents are resent again and after phoning them again as to what they axactly require i am told that they would let me know ASAP. The next day i send a unhappy customer survey feedback form via email. Someone in PR phones me and i explain to her my reasons for being unhappy.<br> She ensures me that a more senior person/manager will phone me to sort this out( after i let her know in no uncertain terms that i am extremely unhappy regarding level of service)<br> Its been 5 days now and ive heard nothing<br> clearly FOX TELECOM are not interested in my spending R1278 a month on them
