Fragrance Co. a Shopify nightmare

I bought 4 x fragrances from this "company" on the 16 December 2024. To date they have not delivered the products. In the first week I contacted them and they promised the delivery is on the way. After several consequent requests as to the progress of my delivery and empty promises via Whatsapp, the communication from their side just stopped. I am now being ignored completely and have come to the realization that these are definitely ****mers. It is supposedly a Shopify store, but even Shopify does not show it as a registered store with them. Please be warned and do NOT deal with these ********s. I also do not think their email address is valid, but that is all I have except for the following cell number: 067 990 6422 which is also not being answered.
