Disappointed – Fragrance Received Does Not Smell Authentic

I recently purchased a Jo Malone from FragranceX and was extremely disappointed with my order. The fragrance I received smells nothing like the authentic version I’ve bought before. It lacks the original scent profile, depth, and longevity that the genuine product has.

Based on these differences, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the perfume supp****. I contacted FragranceX regarding my concerns and they do not cover shipping for the return or the customs charge.

It’s very disappointing, as I chose to order from them trusting their reputation for genuine products. I would like to caution other customers to be aware and to verify their purchases carefully.

Authenticity and transparency are important, especially when buying premium fragrances online.
