Don't trust them! They can't even keep to their own time lines

Withdrawal nightmare! Its 5 working days but I still don't have my money. Their policy says within 5 working . Notice was done on the 10th today is the 17th. I even made an enquiry on the 15th and they said the 17th, its the 17th but there is no payment of my money from these people. I was testing this app and needless to say I will not continue to save money there. I can't be this worried if the money will be paid or not. I'm wondering if they even have an office because what would happen if they decide to discontunue their app. And you influencers like the financial bunny and Itumeleng Moloto promoting this franc thing , but they clearly have no experience with the app
