At this point I think this is a ****, be very careful. It VERY easy to deposit your money but getting it back is a Nightmare. Do not keep your emergency funds here please. I am now sitting here waiting for my money to be paid out to me its supposed to take 2-5 days , today is the 5th and there is no money. I have engaged them on their chats through the app, they just say the money is on the way. WHEN? THIS IS MY MONEY I AM NOT BORROWING IT!
I am not your client. The policy is cancelled why are doing double deductions from me. In around 18 August I received an email from Safinna Shaik stating that my policy was cancelled as a non starter and that I would receive a refund of the double deduction.I later recived a call from dischem stating that the policy . Last week a sms that there would be a double deduction. I forward the previous correspondence and tell them not deduct money from my account. I don't get a response I just get a generic email. Today I wake up to a double deduction from dischem. I don't have a policy with you. You yourselves have sent emails to me confirming this. Why are you still deducting money from me. You can't force me to be a client and now because you have my banking details, you just go into my account and deduct money even though I am not clieng and you are not providing services to me!!!! REFUND MY MONEY. STOP DOING DEDUCTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I AM NOT YOUR CLIENT
This is a new policy and I am new client, why are you guys deducting a double premium. The sales person could not change the date told me to email billing. I then received an sms stating that double the amount will be deducted. I don't have arrears, this is a new policy I am new client. Changing the inception date of the policy cannot have the result of a double premium what am I being charged for? Wesaal Werely Roos clearly cannot read English? You better refund my money I don't want this product. What is going to happen if I actually want to utilize this service.
You are paying for downtime. Its the same story over and over. There is no internet for hours sometims days on end. Nobody responds to emails, nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to whattsapp messages. Its I am their mercy but I am paying them for a service they are failing to provide. Its been 3 months but I have set without internet for half of that time
I had this fibre installer 4 months ago but without fail every single friday the internet just goes for hours on end. Their number just rings and the only form of communication is email. They are completely unreliable
I feel compelled to inform everyone to stay far away from Mweb. I have been struggling with Mweb since 7 March. To refund my money and come to collect their router. They delivered a router on the 21st Feb 2025 and proceeded to deduct money from my account on the 25th Feb but to date no fibre has been installed. Calling them is a waste of time and money, they also have this option of being able to chat and log queries with their consultants, I think I have over 10 queries but no response. On the 9th of March , two days after the deadline for installing fibre I sent a cancellation email and I got a automated response but nothing else after that. On the 25th of March I escalated the matter to the ISPA, they then sent them an email to which their response was to send me an sms stating that my order was cancelled. Nothing about collecting their router and nothing about my refund. They then sent a vague email to the ISPA talking about invoices. Nothing about collecting the router, nothing about my refund. On the 11th of April I received an email from the ISPA stating that they are also now ignoring them on the matter. So please STAY FAR AWAY from MWEB
