I logged a withdrawal request on 28 April 2026, Account number: Momentum DF*** and to date the funds have still not reflected in my account (normal working day 8) Gontse Mothibe as always advised that the withdrawal process takes up to 5 business days, yet we are now on day 8 with no payment received and no clear explanation for the delay. In addition the funds already deducted from my payslip on 25 April 2026 still not reflecting on franc group savings portal.
8th May 2026 and I am still waiting for the payout. I have followed up several times and continue receiving vague responses such as “payment will reflect soon” and “the matter is being investigated”, without any detailed update or resolution timeline. Nobody has been able to confirm:
Whether the withdrawal was successfully processed
If there are compliance or verification issues
Whether the funds have been released
When payment will actually reflect
The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I expect a clear explanation, urgent resolution, and confirmation of when the funds will be paid.
