Withdrawal delayed beyond stated turnaround time with no clear communication
I logged a withdrawal request on 28 April 2026, Account number: Momentum DF*** and to date the funds have still not reflected in my account (normal working day 8) Gontse Mothibe as always advised that the withdrawal process takes up to 5 business days, yet we are now on day 8 with no payment received and no clear explanation for the delay. In addition the funds already deducted from my payslip on 25 April 2026 still not reflecting on franc group savings portal. 8th May 2026 and I am still waiting for the payout. I have followed up several times and continue receiving vague responses such as “payment will reflect soon” and “the matter is being investigated”, without any detailed update or resolution timeline. Nobody has been able to confirm: Whether the withdrawal was successfully processed If there are compliance or verification issues Whether the funds have been released When payment will actually reflect The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I expect a clear explanation, urgent resolution, and confirmation of when the funds will be paid.

Poor service and unauthorized debits
Recently ordered for a telkom sim uncapped through them account paid ***9 an amount of R249 6 January 2026, received the sim card thursday 8 January 2026. Woke up today to a debit amount of R425 and no one seems to can explain what the debit order is for and the debit date is the 27th of every month. I need explanation what the debit is about and the negative fee for the attempt to debit my account to be credited. I’ve only that sim card for 4 days and paid R249 and be debited again R425 yet monthly payment is R549

Poor service at hungry lion mall of tembisa branch
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I received at Hungry Lion, Tembisa Mall. On the date of my visit 2 January 2026 I placed an order for 10 Sticky Wings at 16:01, with Order Number 2963. By 16:31, my order had still not been prepared or handed over. During this 30-minute wait, more than 15 customers who ordered after me were assisted and received their food, while my order was repeatedly ignored. I made enquiries twice with the staff regarding my order, yet no clear response or explanation was given. There was no sense of urgency, no update, and no apology. The manager on duty showed no concern and failed to address the situation or assist in resolving the delay. Due to the complete lack of service and poor management, I requested a cancellation of my order. Even then, there was no apology or attempt to correct the situation. The cashiers appeared uninterested and were busy chatting among themselves, showing no regard for customer service or professionalism. I eventually left the store extremely disappointed and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the Hungry Lion brand. I would appreciate feedback on how this matter will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure better service and management at the Tembisa Mall branch.

withdrawal nightmare
i withdrew my money 5 June 2025 , today is the 13th of June 2025 (7 days later) way over SLA of 5 working days. my kids are now suffering because of the delay in processing the request and no feedback or whatsoever. I do not even receive any responses on emails anymore. i have been trying to cancel this investment for the past 2 months yet the keep deducting my account. i regret even joining this investment as my company does offer immediate payment on their investments. what kind of service is this though ? An apology wont even make things better at this point ive missed payments that was suppose to make with that money and sent proof to your customer service centre yet no response

REDUND OF R180 NEVER RECEIVED
Bought groceries 18 Dec 2023 and received a notification that few of my items are not available and a refund of R180 will be refunded in nmy account within 7-10 working days. I guess they gave it to Jesus as his birthday gift coz i haven't received it. For the mere fact that ive sent emails,online enquiries and been told its ferered to the correct department. Theres no such, was ripped of R180 ,soo pathetic .IL NEVA BUY AT MAKRO AGAIN,NOT ONLINE today is the 17th day and yet no response from makro no apology no nothing. I guess the correct department still needs to be created and staff be trained Your refund request ***8 has been successfully refunded. You are able to view the status of your request in your returns history

Aida opening a *****ster case against me, accusing me i sent them **** proof of payment
I started renting here April 2023 and was informed rent is R6000, within 12 days of occupancy was told rent is R6500 i fought as i had proof and then they decided to stick to R6500. Agent sent me an email to confirm that i should make manual payments going forward as they wont debit my account,which they debited. They terminated my lights until i send them proof of payment which i did. Agen after 24hours she sent me watsapps messages accusing me of sending them **** proof of payment and that the owner is opening a case against me. Unfortunately il also be doing the same as this is serious legal allegations/accusations. Agent confirmed they will be switching off my water and lights with immediate effect and also immediate termination of lease agreement

24 hrs notice account
I opened a 24 hour notice investment account t electronically. I then placed a notice on money for money to be in my account yesterday, money didn't come through. I called the contact Centre yesterday and I was advised that money will be in my accounht today as thge notice was done at 22:00, it's now day 2 anhd I still done gave money in my account. I have a one year old daughter who is very sick and I don't even have money to take her to the Dr, can't even afford to buy sanitizers and face must to protect my family from Corona virus. What is the purpose of having a 24hours notice account if I won't have my money within 24hours. This is so unfair, I need to stay out of work for 2days taking care of my daughter with no proper medication? I Need my money ASAP I will move all my investments from nedbank after this, il never deal with them.

No privacy at telkom
Telkom should be sued for sharin my info (statement) with 3rd party Its illegal and should be investigated and the employee should be addressed or fired for such. There is no client confidentiality, the person eho has been given my info is keeping tabs on me that i even filed for a protection order against me but as long as she has my call logs, location and ect still my life is not safe. Justice need to be served Everyone customer at telkom ahould get a diferent service provider, girls are being ****d, adubted on daily basis because of such consultants who provide info to animals regarding our whereabout

I hate telkom there is no privacy. I was wrongfully alleged of cheating and the lady sent screen munched my telkom line statement via whatsapp Where the hell did she get it from? Soo there is no privacy on my line She knows who i call, when i call and for how long. This is ridiculous,im no longer safe. I called telkom help desk and they are unable to retrieve the asset no the info came from or atleast which province. The consultant told me to opt for a protection order, I need justice
