Poor Quality

I’m very disappointed with the family meal we purchased from Fangeros. The food quality was extremely poor and not what you’d expect when paying for a family meal. The food tasted stale, poorly prepared, and lacked freshness, making it completely unenjoyable.

For a place that serves takeaway food, quality should be a priority. Sadly, this experience was a waste of money, and the meal was not eaten by my family.

This was our first and will likely be our last time ordering from Fangeros unless there is a serious improvement in food quality.

This points to poor stock handling or quality control. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that’s already compromised and ends up being wasted.

Shoprite needs to do better with checking stock quality before it reaches customers. I’ll be more cautious about buying cooldrinks there in the future.
