Charged for service of vehicle and extras

I bought car and was told car was serviced without. I didn't receive any service history and went to Volkswagen Worcester to find out car was supposed to be serviced in 2024. I was informed that car's front brakes needs to be replaced. I was upset and want to cancel warranty with dealership since I found ou. Dewan forc me to have warranty with the. I am shocked that people are still forced to do certain things. To honor warranty car supposed to be serviced on time. Dewan claim car was serviced I don't know where as I didn't receive service book. Dewan is above the law he says warranty can't be canceled.
