I bought new 2017 datsun or so I was told by the sales person. When I took car it already had 30 kilos on odometer and made funny noise.
I bought car and it made funny noise but did not take note. After 2 months the glass of the passenger side came loose. The noise under the pedals of car became annoying and the glass as I could not open window without glass coming loose. I was told by sales person before signing if any problem I must just phone they will fetch car and fix it. I had appointment on 7 November 2017 11am at Worcester Nissan so I left car and my cellphone number and went to mall. At round about 14h00 the afternoon I phone Nissan to get info about the car only then I heard they dont have technician to attend to me. Just bear in mind I had to come from Robertson to Worcester and back again. Since then sales person ignored me till I requested refund and went to ABSA where I was told they can't assist me with refund. I was told that sound at pedals sound like ?bearings. Only 3 months and such bad treatment and don't respect CPA 55 56 and also returning of goods. Good quality goods. Does this ACT only apply to certain people? I snapshot all wats app messages and saved e mails. I e mailed Worcester Nissan and Nissan SA on 30 December 2017 I requested refund giving them 5 working days as informed by the MIOSA. I did receive e mail from Nissan S A that complaint are being investigated but no e mail from Worcester. I just saw missed calls on my other number. I informed them to contact me via e mails So I have record but the kept phoning on other number. I may within 6months return if not happy with condition with car. I bought new car because I did not want to struggle with pre owned car. When I asked sales person about 30 kilos on the car he said " you will never get car with no kilos how do you think car get on and of the truck and petrol in the car. So if car had 30 kilos they knew about bearings but was not told. He said the price of car rise if I take other colour then white. It true? I still have all messages. What is the procedure for refund from Nissan Worcester or does ACT only apply to certain people?
