Frankie Fenner Meat see me no more
I am appaled that a company of their integrity can go about like this. I put in an order on the 10th Aug an was quoted just under R800 by their manager over the phone. When I went to collect it the bill had gone up to R1070, about a 30% increase due to the butchers cuts. I can understand if there is a difference of R50, but what is the sense of the quote then? I am no longer a fan and will not go back there again. Needless to say I refused to pay the difference and left without the order. I am not paying for someone eldes mistakes. Hasta la vista FFM, after years of being a loyal client you are not part of my shopping list anymore. There are serious issues with your management and internal workings.

He is personally involved in the business and has assured me that measures would be put in place that this will not transpire again - a miscommunication. He was professional and has showed that they are interested in customer retention and getting to the bottom of issues. Thank you Andy, I appreciate the gesture(a hamper) received and you have indeed showed me you care. The business provides quality grass fed and healthy meat sourced ethically and serves a growing health conscious community that are after better quality meat. They have turned me from being very unhappy to retaining me as a loyal customer.
