tasteless food & bad service

Was my second time trying them out. The first time I ordered a footlong. The quality of the sausage was poor. Curly fries were not curly. The second time I tried a sloppy joe with curly fries. The mince was bland and tasted like soy. The fries were regular just twirled together in a heap, thats not curly fries. I asked for fresh chilli for my sloppy joe and the guy took so long to bring it that by then I was no longer interested in attempting to eat the sloppy joe. I didn't eat any of the chilli and even though the waiter knew how unsatisfied I was he still charged me for even the chilli. We ordered beers and the waiter returned to say that they are currently busy with stock take. How difficult is it to write down that 2 beers were sold. Not to mention nobody was busy with alcohol at the bar so it seemed like a lie. I asked the waiter to please get my bill ready while I stepped outside for 5 minutes. He saw me come back in and decided to grab a seat at the bar. After waiting for him I decided to go ask him for it again. Paying took 10minutes because thats how long it took them to realise the system was offline. Friend asked for a plaster, they had none in their first aid kit.
