Incompetence and deplorable customer sevice

Absolutely shocking customer support and service delivery. Ordered a tshirt a week ago only for the incorrect order to arrive. I initially corresponded with a Madison Morrison, who initially, was very helpful with communicating the status of my order. However, once the incorrect item arrived and subsequently sending multiple emails trying to get help to rectify the issue, no acknowledgement or feedback has been given since. Such a shame as the quality of the products are of a substantially high calibre. It's just the poor after sales support/customer care engagement, which is downright pathetic.
