Absolutely shocking customer support and service delivery. Ordered a tshirt a week ago only for the incorrect order to arrive. I initially corresponded with a Madison Morrison, who initially, was very helpful with communicating the status of my order. However, once the incorrect item arrived and subsequently sending multiple emails trying to get help to rectify the issue, no acknowledgement or feedback has been given since. Such a shame as the quality of the products are of a substantially high calibre. It's just the poor after sales support/customer care engagement, which is downright pathetic. Avoid purchasing anything from this businesses at all costs,
To whom it may concern, I would like to name and shame BMW Cedar Isle, JHB for their pathetic customer service. I've been a loyal BMW customer for over 2 decades and I've never experience such poor customer related service, as I have, in the last 2 weeks. On two occasions I've tried booking my car in and on both those occasions, my calls have fallen on deaf ears. The 1st time, I was assured the service\booking related manger would get back to me as she was unavailable. Needless to say ,that follow up didn't occur. 2 days later (without any response), I called again and this time, no one was available again to take my call (talk about a lack of efficiency). No follow up call from the booking manager was made. I'm now considering looking at going to another dealership, who can hopefully provide me, with an overall better customer engagement experience. This has left a rather sour taste in my mouth, as this incident, is seriously making me consider purchasing my next vehicle, from Mercedes or Audi, who understand the value of treating their customer base with more compassion, care and due diligence, when it pertains to customer service. Hopefully BMW SA can can get to the bottom as to why this rather shocking conduct is on going at BMW Cedar Isle Extremely disappointed BMW Customer... L.Naidoo
The most "unreliable" store I've had the displeasure of dealing with. This is not a legit business but ****mers operating through a shadow front\shell corporation. Placed an order in March and still waiting. Their address\place of operations listed on Google is false and they seem to be moving from location to location in order to keep their nefarious affairs hidden from the general public. It's actually amazing that these ********s are still operational and listed on google. By no means should anyone support or attempt to purchase anything offered on their platform. Lesson learned...don't get ****med!
Absolutely applaud and disgusted with tracker's customer care support. I've been trying for weeks now for them to arrange a technician to come out and check the functionality of the device in my vehicle. Wasted airtime and "logged" calls have fallen on deaf ears. They possess a don't care attitude and this level of incompetence really paints a picture of how poorly they value and treat their customers. I will NEVER be using their products nor will I support them in future when I purchase another vehicle. Save yourself the frustration and headache and source your vehicle tracking needs from their other, more reliable competitors. Get you act together TRACKER! ... This is NOT how you run a business or treat your client base.
Exceptional service from an even more exceptional and phenomenal team. Always quick with communication and willing to assist. I would wholeheartedly recommend MTS to anyone looking for a great ISP or anyone looking to switch\change their current provider. I made the change almost 2 years ago and haven't had any regrets. Well done MTS team and keep up the good work.
Absolute Pleasure dealing with the entire MTS team. Migrated over to their network just under a month ago and I have no regrets. Extremely efficient with excellent customer relations\service support. Please keep up the fantastic work.
Excellent sales and after sales support from Perdita, Shan and the entire team. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction with the tasks\responsibilities issued and undertaken. Professionals with a work ethic and passion rarely seen in this day and age. Will definitely continue to support them for all my future car related requirements and needs.
Absolutely shoddy and lack of service as of late from the once reliable and mighty Cool Ideas. We had yet another case of "international" internet outage over this weekend. Inefficient service and lack of s****ed expertise with regards to maintaining, supporting and protecting their network infrastructure. Wake up cool ideas! I will definitely be cancelling my contract in the new year.
Yet another poor communication and poor service Markro\RCS complaint. I applied for a Makro credit card last Thursday [2018-08-23] and I was assured by the credit agent that the turnaround time was either an hour (60 minutes) or 48 hours at the most. It's now Tuesday [2018-08-28] and I've yet to receive any confirmation or feedback from Makro\RCS. Efficiency and prompt service is the cornerstone of any business and I'm afraid to say that Makro\RCS is sorely lacking in this "department". I require an immediate update and if Makro does not appreciate me as a customer for over 2 decades, I'll be more than happy to take my business elsewhere. Please action accordingly. Regards L.Naidoo
<p>I would just like to voice my utter disgust and dismay with Kulula and O.R. Tambo customs. Upon returning from my trip to Durban, I received my luggage to find out that it was damaged and broken into. A very sentimental and expensive watch was targeted and stolen. One can only assume that the thief or thieves saw my watch when passing through the x-ray machine and decided to help themselves. Not only was my watch stolen but i also have damaged luggage that can no longer be utilized for any trips i undertake in future. I feel totally violated. I have used kulua on many occasions and it's sad that my faith and trust in them has been completely lost. Please beef up security measures. Unacceptable!</p>
