What an unpleasant experience. Phoned the store to enquire about a part. Was told yes we do have the part but system is offline will phone back with a price. This did eventually happen, much later. Gave me a price and I asked that they get it ready for pick up. Came to the store and there it was, the product i asked for was next to the sales counter in a box waiting for me. When i wanted to pay i was informed that they waiting for the price to be uploaded onto the system. We waited for 30min and eventually that was done. Then i wanted to pay and oops, the price was now 4 x what i was quoted. The excuse was sorry i accidentally used the wrong code. Now any one can make a mistake, but 4 times the price? The manager a certain Mr. Cecil Kemp was asked by the attendant at pay out to assist but after waiting a nother 30min I gave up waiting for someone that clearly doesnt value his customers. Yes I took the nock because i have given my customer the price they gave me. I dont buy millions from you but makes use of your store enough for your staff to know me. Poor treatment like this i didnt expect.
