What an unpleasant experience. Phoned the store to enquire about a part. Was told yes we do have the part but system is offline will phone back with a price. This did eventually happen, much later. Gave me a price and I asked that they get it ready for pick up. Came to the store and there it was, the product i asked for was next to the sales counter in a box waiting for me. When i wanted to pay i was informed that they waiting for the price to be uploaded onto the system. We waited for 30min and eventually that was done. Then i wanted to pay and oops, the price was now 4 x what i was quoted. The excuse was sorry i accidentally used the wrong code. Now any one can make a mistake, but 4 times the price? The manager a certain Mr. Cecil Kemp was asked by the attendant at pay out to assist but after waiting a nother 30min I gave up waiting for someone that clearly doesnt value his customers. Yes I took the nock because i have given my customer the price they gave me. I dont buy millions from you but makes use of your store enough for your staff to know me. Poor treatment like this i didnt expect.
Actually i would not even give one star. Terable experience with the Ilanga Mall Nelspruit branch. Staff and management incompatence is alive and well in this branch. After they did not come back to me on a complaint raised with the company on an item under guarantee i had to eventually take the product to an authorized repair agent myself, if i havent done that i would still be waiting for them. Manager that phoned me back is arrogant and blame shifting is a rule at that store.
Spend the long weekend at Goede water cottage. Had a splended experience. Host Liana and husband Koos was well prepared and the place looked very good. Grass well kept and cottage in very good condition. My whole family enjoyed the weekend. Will sertainly visit them again. Nice bass fishing dams available in the quiet farm style.
Contacted Samuel after seeing add on internet. Professional sales person, very helpfull and accommodating. All and all a very positive experience thanks to Samuel. Must say that everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpfull.
Spar Westend Nelspruit had a special running for sunday 29 November 2020. They send out massages and the thing that caught my eye was the g****s 500g punnet for R19.99. However after we bought sunday, not one out of 15 punnets weighed the promised 500g but was on average 350g. This to me is dishonest.
What was set to be a beautiful experience turned out to become a nightmare. The kids thought it would be a nice idea if they give me a voucher for fathersday. Today I visited the store in Nelspruit to redeem the voucher. Although the voucher clearly states that it can be redeemd online or instore, the staff instore are not aware as to the prosess required to redeem instore. We then had to try log in to my online profile which was unsucsesfull. Needless to say thru all of the camosion no manager in sight to try and resolve the problem. Now after all this the kids feel bad for having to put me thru this after they thought it would be a nice gift. My conclusion is that Builders staff instore are clearly not compatent to deal with what the marketing department tries to drive. Your training department clearly failed you here. Needless to say I doubt I will visit a builders store again
Worst service ever. Sold me a product that does'nt work in my area. This after a location was send and confirmed that it will work. They refuse to cancel contract although it was there sales persons mistake and keep deducting every month although they know it does not work. They refuse to let me speak to the ceo to get problem solved. Will not recommend ti a y one. One star is too much.
