I am writing to express my frustration with my recent online purchases. I made two separate orders for jeans, and while I have received one pair from each order, the remainder of both orders has not arrived.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response from your team. I have contacted Freddy multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but I have not had any replies. Furthermore, I visited three different Freddy branches, but all of them were closed for several weeks, leaving me unable to speak with anyone in person.
This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing, and I would appreciate it if you could urgently address my situation by either fulfilling my missing orders or providing a refund for the incomplete items.
