I am writing to express my frustration with my recent online purchases. I made two separate orders for jeans, and while I have received one pair from each order, the remainder of both orders has not arrived. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response from your team. I have contacted Freddy multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but I have not had any replies. Furthermore, I visited three different Freddy branches, but all of them were closed for several weeks, leaving me unable to speak with anyone in person. This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing, and I would appreciate it if you could urgently address my situation by either fulfilling my missing orders or providing a refund for the incomplete items. I had a recently took out a contract for the S21 FE, from the first week that I received the phone, it has been heating up and the battery has not been lasting. I had to go to Samsung that is out of my way for quikest repairs as I will not have another phone until I get it back. This is highly inconvenient for me as I work 7 days. All my information will be deleted and I will be unable to work because most of my work is done through the phone. I am currently employed 7 days a week and do have capacity or time to go to shops that are out of my way to fix a brand new phone. I am extremely disappointed and I believe I deserve I should be compensated accordingly. I have been using Samsung for years and after this experiance I am considering of getting an iPhone.
