I git my first pair of Freddy jeans 3 years ago and absolutely loved them. Last year I saved, waited for a good special and bought 2 pairs for the price of one. Still cost me R2500 for 2 pairs of jeans! 😱. 6 months later I noticed that there was a slight ladder at the back by the belt loop. I went back to the Freddy Shop in Fourways mall and asked if they could address this problem. Lady took photos and sent to her manager. Got a call 3 days later and she said she has reviewed and sorry they can’t assist. Blaming the problem on maybe my nails. 😂😂😂. Let me just explain, I don’t at all and never have long nails, and I am very aware and very specific with the care instructions for my Freddy’s, following every step of those instructions perfectly. I do recall that the security tag that they have on their items are usually placed at on of the belt loops so I believe that it’s due to that. Freddy manager replies “ No it’s my nails” even though I sent her a picture of my short nails. 😂😂😂. Well not the second pair are doing the same but not bothering or worth the argument. Freddy - I am one of those customers that no matter the cost, if I love and am happy with something, I stick to it, support the brand all the way and buy and very loyal. WELL GUESS WHAT. No more. You are full of excuses and your quality is no longer the same as before since you have changed management. Your pants are definitely not the original Freddy’s anymore and your prices have escalated for a poorer quality product. I have moved on. I will surely advise everyone I know about that too.
