Freddy Jeans - NO after sales service!!

I placed an order on 1 December 2024, & on the 5th I was sent a wats app to say that they were out of stock on the product I had ordered. I was asked for my baking details for a full refund.

After numerous attempts via email, wats app and calling I am still yet to be refunded or even responded to.

I find this to be terrible after sale service, and would not recommend ordering online from this store.
