Tried returning my order at the beginning of December 25, still trying mid Jan 26. Finally my order was collected and am still waiting for my refund (12 March 26) Keep sending emails for updates with no response!
I placed an order online 9 Dec 24. Only after I made numerous attempts to find out where my order was, was I told that it had been canceled. 3.5 months later, I still cannot get my refund back! This is totally unacceptable that Woolworths is still sitting with my money!!
I placed an order on 1 December 2024, & on the 5th I was sent a wats app to say that they were out of stock on the product I had ordered. I was asked for my baking details for a full refund. After numerous attempts via email, wats app and calling I am still yet to be refunded or even responded to. I find this to be terrible after sale service, and would not recommend ordering online from this store.
