My husband has been trying to get hold of Freedom Life Funeral Cover department for days now to check if our policy is still in place and active after receiving a text message advising that it will lapse because of nonpayment . We know for a fact that we have never skipped a payment not even ones since the inception of the policy. He even sent a call back message and called the claims department but nothing has happened. What if we were trying to report death and put a claim through?? and get them to process the payment???? They are so pathetic and disgusting. This scares me, what will happen when we actually want to put a claim through. They are very quick at taking our money but they really are pathetic. Their phones are forever on voice mail.
