Myself and my mother have tried to contact freedom life insurance for days to weeks now the phone keeps on ringing then they shut the line down. This is extremely disappointing as they have a new rule that customers cannot pay with their I.d number no more they need a certain reference which makes it impossible for my mother to pay her insurance because she have a new number and therefore would like to inform freedom life insurance of this change and to obtain her reference should she not get hold of this business there is no way she can pay her insurance which will be for the second month and it may lapse.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Urgently need a contact number of this company in order to do payments.
