Freedom Won do not honor warrenties and can not supply parts or fix batteries.

Have had problems with Etower batteries, Freedom Won do not honor warrenties and can not even supply parts or cells at customers cost to repair a faulty battery. I have had 3 etower batteries, all 3 faulty from day one, third one repaired after months of excuses and now its faulty again less than a year after repair, every excuse is made not to honor the promised warrenty.
