Unreliably company
Unfortunately, these people do not know what 7 working days mean. If you want to get stranded in what you are doing, make use of this company. They lie and give pathetic excuses. You cannot rely on them for the very same service they provide. I wonder how they ended up with so many positive reviews. I think those reviews were probably bought. The truthful reviews are the negative ones. They keep saying the translator went to court, translator said next week, the translator said the document is handwritten. They have offloaded all their responsibilities on a faceless translator when in fact they are the translators.

FrenchSide Translation Services are *****sters
This translation service is entirely *****ulent. A person who calls herself Aida Sala provides a quote and requests that 50% of it is paid in advance. From then on, they no longer correspond. They provide a 'certificate of good standing' from SATI (South African Translators Institute), but this document is a forgery (I have contacted the institute).

This translation service is entirely *****ulent. A person who calls herself Aida Sala provides a quote and requests that 50% of it is paid in advance. From then on, they no longer correspond. This is a ****, everything they do is ****. The single 5-star evaluation here on Hellopeter (and any additional ones that they may add, I recommend that this website should have all of them deleted) is also a ****, as is the "South African Translators Institute" certificate of good standing that they send you along with the quote. There is no such institute, as soon as you try to find suitable translators on their site, it tells you that none were found (not even English to Afrikaans). They ***** your deposit and that's the last time you hear about them. My ****mer called her/himself "Aida Sala", it's probably some guys in Nigeria. As usual.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS. I was told via message that I would have my documents that I need within 5 working days, that was currently over 17 working days ago. Me and my partner are immigrating and the documents were needed for my visa - which subsequently has been cancelled due to my documents not being in order! I have phoned, messaged and emailed multiple times - we also have paid - and not a single person comes back to me or assists me. I keep being told, we will come back to you, and no one ever does!! I am FED up. Immigrating is already stressful and having to depend on *********** people does not in any way, shape or form make it any easier. DO NOT MAKE USE OF ANY THEIR SERVICES! at this point I am not even sure if we were ****med or not.
