Adt pretends to have a service that includes that involves simply pressing a button, and as soon as you do, security will just circle around you, and catch the tootsies. Big problem: I've tried to sign up for this service for several months now, but their idiotic website doesn't allow me to complete the online form. First, it doesn't believe that my phone number exists. Trust me you numbskulls, I phone you using this phone number every time cancel an alarm. Your should know this! I phone you all the time. Second problem: your online system doesn't even believe that the postal code that I use on your website exists. Seriously? The letters arrive, so don't tell me that you're smarter than the mentally retarded post office
This translation service is entirely *****ulent. A person who calls herself Aida Sala provides a quote and requests that 50% of it is paid in advance. From then on, they no longer correspond. They provide a 'certificate of good standing' from SATI (South African Translators Institute), but this document is a forgery (I have contacted the institute).
This is a ****, everything they do is ****. The single 5-star evaluation here on Hellopeter (and any additional ones that they may add, I recommend that this website should have all of them deleted) is also a ****, as is the "South African Translators Institute" certificate of good standing that they send you along with the quote. There is no such institute, as soon as you try to find suitable translators on their site, it tells you that none were found (not even English to Afrikaans). They ***** your deposit and that's the last time you hear about them. My ****mer called her/himself "Aida Sala", it's probably some guys in Nigeria. As usual.
I suffer from severe arthritis. I arrived from a research cruise ship, and decided to spoil myself because after a whole month, I really struggled to climb up the stairway. When I arrived at Neighbourgood Castle, I ended up having to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was no warning online that they were going to fix the lift for the next week or two. After I made my peace with this, I found that the sockets at this place don't actually fit any plugs, they look normal but they are just decoration. Never again, I'm going straight back to the harbour. I doubt very much that these bull****ters will refund me...
I didn't realise that something as simple as this had gone to ****. I am trying to rent out out a room in my house, but every time I try to upload pictures, they disappear. What a ****py website, can Gumtree please die in South Africa, and no longer pretend that they exist? It's total Garbage 🗑️
We sent an important frozen scientific sample using overnight express (Thursday to Friday). It did not arrive on Friday, and we were informed after hours (after waiting the whole day) that their delivery vehicle had broken down, and that "delivery will be prioritized on Monday". Again, they kept us waiting the whole day. It eventually arrived on Tuesday, completely defrosted. The tracking website still shows that it's "out for delivery", so not even that works. This company does not respond to emails or feedback on their website, and I never got them to answer their phone. We have heard that others had similar problems, so MTE Xpress is best avoided. Postnet2postnet would have been faster and cheaper.
These guys are a lost cause. I have no idea how it's possible that they are even allowed to operate. They sold my house, but rushed the sale before they had satisfied the buyer's conditions. Since the conditions of the sale were not met, the buyer refused to move into my house. As a result, the house was essentially an abandoned property for two years. The rain in Joburg destroyed much of it during that time, because nobody was responsible. Eventually, the buyer and myself jointly sued these losers. Unfortunately, the only solution for me was to buy back my own property from these greedy *******s. These assholes sold the same property twice, and made a huge profit! I don't understand how this is even legal, but they are a cunning bunch, and know very well that the justice system in SA will favour them. Long story short: I'm back in the house that I thought I sold, and am still fixing up the destruction caused by these people. I've kept track of it, they owe me 890 000 in rain damage occured during the time when this house was in limbo, thanks to the incompetence of these dimwits. But let's be honest, the judicial system in this country is a lost cause. Parasites like these get away with it, and there's nothing we normal people can do about.
FNB is giving us continued grief as we are trying to link our Paypal account. Because of all the problems we had to close our PayPal account and set-up a new one. So far so good. But now the last FNB step: again we cannot complete linking our account as FNB gives us an error message saying that our email belongs to a different PayPal account, meaning the old and closed account. How is it possible that FNB cannot allow the linking, even if it was on 2 accounts?! Yet FNB makes it impossible to use another email address as the addresses used on FNB and Paypal have to match! This is utterly infuriating. FNB, you make it impossible for us to conduct business. The ERROR message is: Ref: VODSSVDVP31L
I owe SARS R3000 for an admin penalty. No problem at all, I would gladly pay them, but their shoddy service makes it impossible. EFT is not possible, because even though I have an account number and a reference, banks these days also need an email number (all I get on the invoice is a noreply@.. email that's not accepted by the bank), a phone number (it's too long) or a fax number (nothing). Doing it on the e-filing website also doesn't work, I've been getting error messages for months. I have also been trying to phone them for months, but after about an hour in the queue, when it's finally my turn, the line just goes dead. Tried it about 20x now, and have to conclude that their phone service is probably entirely ****. I suspect the only way to pay them is to show up at their offices in person on a day when I have nothing better to do, with 3000 in cash (is a massive jar of cents OK?), and essentially sit there the whole day screaming like a mentally retarded person until they can no longer ignore me. I think I'll do that next. I've run out of options.
