If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS. I was told via message that I would have my documents that I need within 5 working days, that was currently over 17 working days ago. Me and my partner are immigrating and the documents were needed for my visa - which subsequently has been cancelled due to my documents not being in order! I have phoned, messaged and emailed multiple times - we also have paid - and not a single person comes back to me or assists me. I keep being told, we will come back to you, and no one ever does!! I am FED up. Immigrating is already stressful and having to depend on *********** people does not in any way, shape or form make it any easier. DO NOT MAKE USE OF ANY THEIR SERVICES! at this point I am not even sure if we were ****med or not.
I wish I could give -5 stars. I cannot even begin to explain how FRUSTRATED we are with what Vodacom calls "Service". we have been struggling for almost 2 weeks to get our fibre up and running. after the technicians missed SEVERAL appointments they finally show up to do half of a job. the router is currently in our apartment not working because the technicians have excuses - they also said they will be back within the week - they have not. i have phoned vodacom MULTIPLE times and there is no assistance given. i keep getting the same excuse "we have escalated". we ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS BEING LEFT WITHOUT BEING GIVEN A SERVICE and Vodacom does not seem to care. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to choose vodacom as a service provider because they provide no "service" whatsoever.
